Delivery Policy

 Delivered to You   

• Order placement, confirmation, and payment for all the orders are done online.
• Once the payment is received the package is handed over to the delivery service company within 1 – 2 working days depending on the delivery service company’s pick-up schedule
• The delivery service company will then deliver to the recipient within 1 – 4 working days depending on delivery location. Outstation takes longer days.
• While we have no control over the schedule of the delivery service company, Urgent deliveries will not be accepted in order to avoid unpleasant experiences between us. Unless confirmed by us, based on confirmation from the delivery service.
• For any changes to be made to the delivery address after placing an order we kindly request you to contact us within 24 hours.
• Upon receiving the order, we kindly request you to check if you have received the correct order and if the products are in condition at the time of receiving the products.
