I’m From Rice Toner is a water-emulsion milky-textured hydrating toner featuring Yeoju rice and 77.78% Gaonmi extract to help brighten the skin and revitalize dull complexions, leaving it soft and well hydrated. A protective barrier will form over the skin to prevent moisture loss. It is also good for anti-aging; to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Skin will be left more radiant and glow.

Direction
