TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is a refreshing, lightweight version of the brand’s award-winning Milk Skin Toner. It is formulated with 4% Niacinamide, Rice Bran Extract, and Ceramide. These ingredients work together to improve uneven skin tone, hydrate, and maintain the moisture balance of the skin. The toner can be layered to maximize its hydrating effects.

Direction

After cleansing, pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads. Pat gently into the skin or wipe with cotton pads. Apply at least two layers to maximize hydration, especially for those with dry and dehydrated skin types.
